The stars at night - are big and bright - Deep in the heart of Texas!

Bonjour tout le monde! My first flight was a success and I made it safely to Dallas. I sat next to a super nice old man who was a former Jazz Professor in Texas. We got to talking and did introductions and as chance would have it his name was Paris, which of course is my next destination. I mentioned this coincidence and he said he would make an honest effort to go someplace ‘Zen’ today. All in all, it was an excellent start to the journey ahead of me. I now have about a four-hour layover and then I will be off to Ol’ Paris!

Waiting

In exactly one month I will be on my way to France. This is a trip I have wanted to take since I began learning French as a Freshman in high school. Now, nearly six years later, I am inches away from this trip being a reality. During my time in Angers I will try to be diligent about posting pictures and personal anecdotes about my experiences abroad. Au revoir!
